With team members with over 25 years of experience in the commercial and private boating industry, we founded Warticovschi & Associated, our Naval Architect and Marine Engineering division, in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2009 and we recently evolved to meet the growing needs of our clients and became W Yacht Group to align with our expanded list of service offerings.

Our knowledgeable team provides a full line of services, from naval architecture and marine engineering to yacht management, yacht brokerage, yacht design, consulting and several more aspects of the marine industry.

Harry is a respected Naval Architect & Marine Engineer with over 25 years experience.  He received his engineering degree from the University of New Orleans.  He specialized in composites structural design for almost 10 years while working with Gurit and Kerwin Naval Architects, before founding Warticovschi & Associates, our engineering division, in 2009.  He is a dynamic individual with a strong record of achievement in engineering, organizational development, leadership, and project management.  In 2011 he obtain his Yacht Broker license with the vision of helping clients find the perfect boat for them, and not just “sell” them a boat.  With that philosophy, we opened our Yacht Brokerage and Yacht Management divisions in 2017 and founded “W Yacht Group” as the parent company.
